Retail, sales and marketing recruiter Exsurgo Partnership has appointed Peter Gay as principal consultant in its international retail and consumer search business, while Sophie Davison joins as a consultant in the commercial business.

Gay specialises in senior supply chain & procurement appointments, joining from specialist recruiter RK Supply Chain, where he spent five years.

Davison will specialise in mid-to-senior appointments in retail and ecommerce, and was previously with Hays Retail.
