Alim Dhanji has joined international financial conglomerate Citigroup as global head of recruitment, also taking on the role of managing director.

Dhanji joins from Toronto’s TD Bank, where he was head of enterprise talent management and recruitment, as well as head of organisational development for corporate functions.Before this, he held a dual role as global head of resourcing and global head of HR for tax within professional services firm KPMG International, where he acquired over 50,000 professionals a year across 150 countries, and has held senior HR roles at banks BMO Financial Group and at Scotiabank, where he was based in Hong Kong.
