As National Apprenticeship Week continues, skills minister John Hayes has announced that a number of major high street banks will significantly increase apprenticeship places.

Barclays is due to create 1,000 new apprenticeships across England and Wales starting in April, while HSBC will create an extra 688 positions by the end of the year...
