Monster is to host a virtual jobs fair for the UK and Ireland between 1-14 October.

Monster expects 120,000 jobseekers to attend and will rent virtual booths to chat with candidates to discuss details of vacancies and to help fill roles.

Candidates will also access a 24-hour message sending service and real-time management of their virtual booths, and be offered online compatibility tests.
