German executive search firm Kienbaum Executive Consultants International has opened an office in Bucharest, Romania.

The firm has appointed Loreda Dragomir as country manager at the Bucharest-based office. Dragomir joins Kienbaum from executive search firm Stanton Chase International and before that she was country manager in Romania for Grafton Recruitment.

In the new office Kienbaum will focus on hiring top management and C-level executives in functions such as finance, controlling, production, operations, logistics, IT, marketing, sales and HR for the Romanian market.

Dragomir says: “Kienbaum chose this moment to enter the country because Germany is Romania’s largest trade partner. Romania has huge potential for various domains; the commercial relationship between Germany and Romania will have a positive evolution and there is continuous interest from German investors in Romania.”
