Healthcare Locums

Health and social care recruiter HCL has six specialist recruitment divisions, a managed services operation and a business serving the Australian healthcare market.

The six specialist divisions are: HCL Fairstaff (administration & clerical), Healthcare (allied health professionals & health sciences), Doctors, Nursing, Social Care and Permanent.

HCL Clarity is the modular workforce management, or managed services, solution.

HCA Australia provides nurses, midwives, aged care workers, doctors and medical specialists to all parts of Australia. It has offices in London and Australia, and recruits UK and Irish professionals for Australian roles.

Founded in 2003 by recruitment entrepreneur and former nurse Kate Bleasdale, HCL was delisted from London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in 2013 in the wake of new ownership, financial controversies and a legal dispute with Bleasdale.
