Infosys to recruit 10,000 in US

Infosys has announced plans to recruit 10,000 US workers over the next two years.

In a statement, released yesterday, the global technology services and consulting firm revealed it is opening four technology and innovation hubs across the US.

They will focus on a number of areas of technology including artificial intelligence, machine learning, user experience, emerging digital technologies, cloud and big data. The firm added the hubs will also serve clients in a number of key industries including financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and energy.

The first hub, set to open in Indiana in August 2017, is expected to create 2,000 jobs by 2021 for US workers.
