Pro-Force acquires Driven Recruitment to strengthen Pro-Drive division

UK labour provider Pro-Force has acquired recruitment specialist Driven Recruitment, which has been based in Birmingham since 2002.

This strategic move marks a crucial milestone in enhancing Pro-Force’s Worcestershire-based driving division, Pro-Drive, which has been operating since 2019 under the leadership of Thomas Blewett and Neal Morris.

According to a company statement, the acquisition aligns seamlessly with Pro-Force’s long-term strategic objectives. By integrating Driven Recruitment, Pro-Drive significantly strengthens its capabilities, offering expanded recruitment models designed to elevate driver standards, optimise operational efficiencies and maximise productivity for clients across the UK.

Pro-Force director Craig Glover said: “The acquisition of Driven Recruitment underscores our dedication to excellence and innovation in recruitment. We eagerly welcome the Driven Recruitment team, whose expertise and commitment will be instrumental in advancing our service offerings and driving success for our clients.”

Gary Mabberley, founder of Driven Recruitment, added: “Joining Pro-Force’s Pro-Drive division is a natural fit for us. Our goal has always been to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions, and this partnership will undoubtedly unlock new opportunities and benefits for our clients.”

The company statement adds that the acquisition “is part of Pro-Force’s ambitious three-year growth plan, envisioning the addition of many more companies to the Pro-Force family”.

Pro-Force is part of the Greosn Group, a renowned leader and key investor in pioneering brands across multiple sectors, with a specific focus on agricultural and horticultural practices.
