New Street Consulting Group appoints Lea in new senior role

Dave Lea has been appointed managing partner at leadership and people solutions consultancy New Street Consulting Group (NSCG).

Lea will head up the talent acquisition division, leading the executive search, interim management and agile talent solutions teams. He will also take a seat on the board, according to a company statement.

Lea joins NSCG from Korn Ferry, where he was initially managing partner leading the industrial consulting practice across the EMEA Region, setting the strategy and execution through a large team of senior partners. Later in his tenure, he was managing partner UK, where he was accountable for leading the industrial practice across all lines of business and solution areas.

The company statement said that Lea’s role at NSCG is a new one as the business progresses with growth plans. Previously, group CEO Doug Baird led the talent acquisition division, but he will now focus on the group’s long-term vision.

NSCG is a people solutions business, focusing on leadership consultancy, talent acquisition and workforce strategy in regulated markets, professional services, private equity, manufacturing, digital, healthcare and housing, among other sectors.
