Mark Hall joins as the group’s new head of professional recruitment, and Sam Rope joins as HR director.

Hall joined the organisation earlier this year with over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry across the UK, Europe, China and South East Asia. He previously was a country manager for Adecco in Singapore across the group’s Adecco and Spring Professional recruitment brands.

Rope has over 20 years’ experience across HR and recruitment. She was previously HR director for Wilson James, where she led the transformation for the HR department and implemented a new HR delivery model. Her appointment will support diversity & inclusion, talent retention strategies and transformation and change.
