Don’t let candidates identify by ‘biological age’ on CV

Recruiters have been urged to push back against any attempt candidates make to identify by their ‘biological’ age.

The warning follows a case in the Netherlands, where 69-year-old Emile Ratelband, whose doctor has told him he has the body of a 45-year-old, is suing his local authority for refusing to amend his age on official documents. The Metro reports Ratelband is arguing if transgender people are allowed to change their sex, then he should be allowed to change his date...
