• Global specialist in talent acquisition and management solutions Alexander Mann Solutions welcomes Michael Wachholz as president of the Americas and global head of contingent workforce solutions.

Wachholz was previously CEO of strategic solutions at multinational corporation IWG and is a former president at talent solutions firm Pontoon Solutions.

• Tony Wilson joins multi-sector recruiter Claremont Consulting as its new finance director. He has previously worked at the Impellam Group where he was divisional finance director for a number of brands within the group including Carlisle Support Services and Comensura.

• Multi-sector recruiter Frazer John Recruitment has appointed Paul Hinds as finance partner in its recently launched London office and Andy Perkins as finance partner in its Manchester head office.

• Executive search and interim management consultancy Green Park has appointed David Oliver as senior retail adviser in its retail and consumer practice. Oliver was previously head of retail consulting at PwC UK.

• Managed services and specialist staffing provider Impellam’s group chief financial officer Alison Wilford has resigned to take up another role, leaving Impellam on 31 October. Brian Porritt succeeds her on an interim basis while Wilford’s successor is being recruited.

• Global executive search and interim management firm Norrie Johnston Recruitment has appointed Erin Berry as associate director to strengthen its talent management team.

• Recruitment process outsourcing provider Resource Solutions has appointed David Tully as associate director from global RPO provider Cielo Talent, where he was a new business development director for EMEA.

• US recruitment software provider SmartRecruiters has appointed HR-tech veteran Dave Carter as company president. Carter was most recently chief sales officer at cloud-based learning and talent management solutions provider Cornerstone OnDemand.

• Technology staffing specialist Source Technology has promoted Cameron Rumph from contract recruiter for Europe in its technical engineering division to principal consultant and Ed Hall from key account manager for permanent hiring, development and technology to senior consultant.

• Trustee recruitment specialist Trustees Unlimited has appointed Sophie Livingstone as managing director. In her new role Livingstone will provide leadership for Trustees Unlimited and Step on Board – the board level volunteering programme that is run in partnership with National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO).
