Business as usual in Russia, says Antal International’s Goodwin

Despite rising political tension between the UK and Russia, it’s business as usual in Russia, according to Tony Goodwin, group CEO and chairman at Antal International, whose companies operate in Russia and in a number of the former Soviet Union states (CIS).

In the wake of the Salisbury nerve agent attack that the UK government has blamed on Russia, Goodwin told Recruiter that, although he “obviously has business concerns” about a potential escalation of the situation, “the Russian economy is fairly resilient and the Russian people are fairly robust and resilient”.
