Commercial and IT staffing specialist Tobias Recruitment has launched Tobias Exec Level, its new executive search division.

The division covers all areas of executive recruitment including financial, health, HR, engineering, FMCG, property, marketing and education.

Managing director Suzie Tobias says: “We feel very confident that this move is the way forward. For the past few years salary levels have been escalating and the job sectors within our core company have been moving more and more towards the senior level, so it has been a natural progression to now officially move into the executive level and headhunting marketplace, alongside our generalist arena.”
