RPO provider Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has been chosen by aerospace and defence specialist Cobham to manage the firm’s permanent and contingent workforce recruitment in the UK.

The three-year contract sees the AMS team tasked with providing a centralised recruitment service for all UK hiring activities and ensuring a consistent experience for both candidates and employees.

AMS’s resourcing communications team will also support delivery of an integrated employer branding campaign, including a custom-built careers website.
