Social care recruiter Cardea has appointed Tony Woollett as head of operations.

Woollett was previously an associate director of Beresford Blake Thomas (BBT) and national sales manager for Reliance –  both Randstad companies.

Meanwhile, the firm also welcomes consultants Leon Morley, Beth Morley, Laura Hart.

Morley is a social housing consultant, while Hart is on the qualified social work desk and Morley joins the firm’s nursing team.
