US employment growth this December will be similar to the modest increase at this time last year, according to the monthly Leading Indicator of National Employment (LINE) report. The reports also says firms have revealed no evidence of growing wage inflation. The LINE index is produced by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations.
