Permanent placements have risen for second successive month, according to the latest Markit/REC ‘Report on Jobs’, in a sign UK employers have left the initial impact of Brexit behind.

September’s data showed a second straight monthly rise in permanent staff placement volumes, after the declines seen in June and July.
