Outsourcing is good news for UK firms In response to your story ‘UK firms consider outsourcing’ (recruiter.co.uk, 6 May), what I fail to understand is how offshoring is being taken as equivalent to job losses in the homeland.

Companies not only save costs but also achieve strategic competitive advantage, which help them expand the business and in turn create more
jobs in the homeland in their core domain.
