Tesco increases graduate intake
Tesco is set to increase its graduate intake this September.
The supermarket predicts at least a 10% increase on 2009’s intake.
Tesco operates 17 different graduate schemes, which vary from store management and Tesco.com to property and merchandising. The firm has also created additional schemes for graduates entering in September including a new scheme in Tesco telecoms and environmental engineering.
Applications for schemes with entry this September closed in December 2009, but Tesco also runs a continuous recruitment cycle for schemes in its commercial division including buying & merchandising, with places still available for students graduating this month.
Applications for Tesco’s 2011 entry schemes open in September.
