Russell Taylor Management trains for growth

Russell Taylor Management, an engineering and construction recruiter based in the Wirral, has hit its £5m sales target, as a result of training funding from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) in Greater Merseyside.

Peter Russell, chairman of Russell Taylor Management,assesses all prospective employees and works to understand their learning styles and development needs as early as the induction process.

Paul Tinsley, partnership director for the LSC in Greater Merseyside, says: “This is a great example of how training can benefit all aspects of a business — motivated and highly skilled staff enjoy their roles and the company profits as a result.”
