Rec-to-rec recording recovery
The recruitment-to-recruitment market is recovering, according to rec-to-rec recruiter McCall.
The firm says that Q1 has started strongly with a growing number of placements from existing and new clients daily across all sectors - from IT to public sector to professional services, both internationally as well as in the UK.
The firm has also noticed a strong demand from experienced candidates who are keen to do start-ups, undertake joint ventures (shared equity) to introduce new sectors to established agencies and an increased appetite for acquisitions.
McCall also says that appointments are being made at all levels - not just billers/recruiters but also management and senior appointments. The firm add that it has placed several managing directors and sales directors already this year.
