Raubitschek bids farewell to EMR

Raubitschek: still passionate about the concept
Alex Raubitschek has stepped down from his role of managing directorglobal at marketing recruiter EMR after 11 years with the company.
Raubitschek told Recruiter he left the company to work on various investments and get involved in political activity.
In 2008, Raubitschek opened five new offices — in Dubai, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney — in six months. Three remain in profit, he said.
He described his departure from EMR, which was acquired in 2008 by the FiveTen Group, as amicable, and said: “I’m still passionate about the concept and the brand, and the people of EMR — and the concept of FiveTen.”
Raubitschek is the third high-level departure from EMR to be revealed over the past month.
John Robinson left EMR as director of the consumer marketing division and joined multi-sector recruiter Robert Walters at the end of January (recruiter. co.uk, 28 January).
Tim Gilbert, EMR’s managing director-UK, left the company last month to consider new opportunities (Recruiter, 18 February).
