Quality Link implements Flow Hospitality Training package
Hospitality recruiter Quality Link has agreed to use a new online package developed by Flow Hospitality Training to train its workers.
Quality Link managing director, Hazel Neill, says: “Anyone serving alcohol is now required by law to have had a minimum of two hours of training on alcohol and alcohol service to meet the requirements of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
“There are a further nine modules on skills including hygiene and health & safety which we believe enhance the services our workers deliver and set a benchmark on the supply of quality hospitality and catering staff. Once trained, they are then examined on their knowledge and understanding by a multiple-choice questionnaire.”
