OPS Consultancy launches search and interim solution

Logistics consultancy OPS has launched an executive search and interim management division.

The new service will be led by Richard Tucker, an experienced headhunter and interim manager. He and the team at OPS aim to simplify the process of recruiting for businesses within the logistics sector with this new solution.

In addition, OPS will be offering a unique added value solution aimed at bridging the gap for employers whose staff leave suddenly or with short notice periods.

Tucker explains: “Getting the right person is extremely important. We are offering employers the option to have an interim manager step in to ensure continuity in the workplace. These interims are all existing OPS consultants and available to start immediately.”
