Edwards becomes latest recruiter candidate on The Apprentice

Flo Edwards (pictured) will add her name to the long line of recruiters who have sought to impress entrepreneur Lord Sugar and achieve success on BBC’s The Apprentice.

Edwards started her recruitment career at Morgan McKinley and moved on to an assistant director role at financial recruiter Finatal, before launching her own business as founding director of Hathor Talent.

“I don't necessarily deserve Lord Sugar’s investment more than anyone else in the process,” she told the BBC.

“However, equality, diversity and inclusion is at the core of the business, so with Lord Sugar's experience with scaling recruitment businesses we can expedite this positive impact (alongside profits!).”

According to its LinkedIn page, Hathor is an executive search & interim management recruitment business, focused on DEI within finance for private capital portfolio companies.

With £250k on the line for the victor, Edwards will hope to follow many recruiters who made it deep into the competition – including winners Ricky Martin, Lee McQueen and Tim Campbell MBE, and runner-up Scarlett Allen-Horton.

Campbell has since gone on to become one of Lord Sugar’s aides in recent seasons, alongside Baroness Karen Brady.

Recruiter has been in touch with Edwards, so stay tuned as we follow her journey on The Apprentice!
