Omega Resource Group enters Norwegian market
Multi-sector recruiter Omega Resource Group has set up a new business in Norway to serve clients across Scandinavia and Europe.
The business will serve engineering corporations operating in Norway and Scandinavia, meeting the demand for skilled engineers.
Omega’s EU operations director Nathan Pearce says: “We can provide a high volume of highly-skilled engineers from our operation in Poland, as well as engineers, liaison officers and project managers from the UK.
“Through our Norwegian operation, we can provide foremen and supervisers who are fluent in Polish, English and Norwegian to liaise with the client’s senior team.
“In this way, there is a transparency and communication between all parties – workforce, management and client – that rarely occurs when corporations source workers from outside the country of operation.”
