NorthgateArinso and Chiumento launch public sector redundancy service

HR software and services provider NorthgateArinso and HR consultancy partner Chiumento have joined forces to launch a new outplacement service.

The service aims to assist public sector organisations and their employees through the process of making redundancies.

The outplacement service will ease employer’s transition into new roles by offering practical advice from trained consultants on topics such as CV writing and interview preparation, as well as providing access to a telephone helpline and online learning services.
