RECENT RESEARCH from TMP Worldwide (TMPW) revealed some unhappy findings with regard to candidate experience. Out of over 1,200 jobseekers, only 5% of candidates regarded their recent experience as excellent, 34% rated their recruitment experience as poor – and perhaps worst of all, 21% of the sample stated that their recruitment experience had put them off ever applying...
