InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has successfully implemented Taleo Enterprise Edition, the recruitment IT system.
Taleo has been working with IHG to improve the speed and effectiveness of its recruitment process in order to support its business growth strategy, particularly in the competitive Asian market. By automating the recruitment process, IHG can now acquire more high quality talent and effectively re-deploy existing staff to meet the needs of their expanding business.
The global solution was initially implemented across Asia in just three months and has since been deployed in Europe and the US. The implementation has included the InterContinental brand of hotels, as well as the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza brands.
