Employees motivated by friendly working environment rather than money
Employees are motivated by a caring boss and friendly colleagues, according to new findings.
The City and Guilds’ happiness index found that a good work/life balance was of more importance than a bumper salary.
Beauty therapists and hairdressers are the happiest workers, while bankers and builders are least happy.
