Aston Taylor: spreading happiness — and loyalty

Recruitment-to-recruitment firm Aston Taylor is to introduce a new share option scheme for all its members of staff next month.

Chief executive, Vic Chuntz, told Recruiter: "The loyalty aspect of the scheme is important but it's also about rewarding success. We want a situation where everyone has a sense of owning the company, which will create a better atmosphere."

The share option scheme is the latest initiative the company has introduced to reward loyalty and continue low staff turnover. It has recently introduced an in-house gym, and offers free neck and head massages, free fruit and the chance to earn 47 days holiday.
