Wells Tobias Recruitment Solutions launches new diversity & inclusion division

Wells Tobias Recruitment Solutions has launched Inventum Search, a new division aimed at tackling “the woeful” lack of women and other under-represented groups at senior levels of organisations.

Adam Tobias (pictured), co-founder of Wells Tobias Recruitment Solutions, told Recruiter the new division was an attempt “to really impact on diversity at the executive and boardroom level”.

He says the new division’s offering includes a commitment that all candidate shortlists are diverse, as well as providing advice and training on diversity & inclusion. The selection methodology used would also remove unconscious bias from the process.

Tobias says the new division is headed up by himself, working alongside business partners Joe Wells and Paul Baker, with seven staff in total currently in post. Inventum Search will focus on the group’s existing business areas including project management, business change and transformation, corporate communications, HR, and legal services.
