Dutch recruiter YoungCapital’s spoof spliff

A Dutch recruitment agency, who announced last week it was trialling the offer of a joint or a shot of alcohol in a bid to get candidates to relax at interview, has admitted the story was an April Fool’s joke.

Last week Recruiter reported the agency in question YoungCapital was experimenting with the move following feedback from its candidates.

However, a Tweet this past Sunday revealed the cheeky pranksters’ practical joke, with YoungCapital stating they would never offer alcohol or drugs to their candidates.

Own up – who thought it was a good idea…?!
