Review sexual harassment policies, recruiters advised

Recruiters have been urged to review policies and contractual liability clauses in light of a new government inquiry into workplace sexual harassment and non-disclosure agreements.

The BBC reports MPs are set to examine the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDA) as part of an inquiry into sexual harassment in the workplace, with The Women and Equalities Committee (WEC) considering whether they are being abused by employers and legal experts to cover up wrongdoing.
