Ex-recruiter Gray sweeps first hurdle out of the way at the Winter Olympics

Recruitment’s Winter Olympian, along with her teammates, has successfully negotiated the first hurdle along the way to a medal at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics.

Late last week, Recruiter revealed Team GB’s women’s curling team boasts Sochi 2014 bronze medallist Lauren Gray, who worked at executive search firm Odgers Berndtson as a researcher between 2014 and 2016, combining her work at the firm’s Glasgow operation with a career as a part-time curler.

Team GB’s women curlers played their first match of the initial round-robin stage today and we’re happy to report Gray and her team mates defeated Olympic Athletes from Russia by 10-3.

They will face the US tomorrow. The top four teams from the round-robin stage progress to the semi-finals. Let’s hope they get a clean sweep over Team US tomorrow then!
