• Recruitment software provider Recruitive has integrated its cloud-based software with recruitment job site GoJobSearch. GoJobSearch is an all industry, UK recruitment job site, providing recruitment solutions to employers and recruitment agencies, with a job search service available to candidates.

• Connect Health has engaged greenbean by NRG recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialists to manage its clinical resourcing strategy. As exclusive partner, greenbean will manage the resourcing strategy for the physiotherapy stream of Connect Health, a provider of community musculoskeletal (MSK) services in the UK.

• Talmundo has announced a €1.3m (£1.14m) investment round from lead investor TIIN Capital backed by several angel investors. TIIN Capital is the same venture capital fund that contributed €500k in a first seed round a year ago.

This latest round will be used to strengthen the HR tech company’s position in its Benelux home markets, as well as to establish a local presence in the UK and France. Talmundo’s onboarding solution has already helped 26,000 new hires, according to the company. Talmundo will also further invest in product development such as AI.

• European investor Palamon Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in international provider of psychometric assessment solutions Thomas International.

Thomas International, founded by the Reed family and headquartered in the UK, has 81 offices globally with more than 75% of sales originating from international markets. More than 2m Thomas International assessments are completed each year across over 60 countries and in 56 languages. The firm generated gross sales of £40m and pro-forma EBITDA of £9m during 2017.

Thomas International CEO Amir Qureshi will continue to lead the business, while Martin Reed remains as a non-executive director for the Reed family. Ricardo Caupers and Ali Rahmatollahi will join the company’s board as representatives of Palamon. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
