Sky Bet expands Sheffield workforce with £3.5m investment

Betting company Sky Bet is expanding its premises in Sheffield with room for 160 new hires.

Local paper The Star reports the Leeds-headquartered firm has invested £3.5m in more space at its operation at the Electric Works in Sheffield.

The paper adds the firm, which employs 115 at the Electric Works on Sheaf Street, is set to sign a five-year lease taking over all of the first floor at the site.
