Ex-Michael Page manager launches new recruitment business

A former Michael Page manager has launched his own marketing recruitment business.

Dan Boneham – who worked for the global recruiter for almost seven years, most recently as manager of Yorkshire and North East markets – officially launched Monday at Nine this week.

Currently working on his own but with advice from a former colleague who now owns a marketing business, Boneham aims to get under the skin of the industry he’s serving.

“We are looking to offer a service where we immerse ourselves in the market in Leeds. We want to understand when agencies are working with their clients, what they are looking for.

“We will take a different approach, trying to be more marketing, to market our business in a way that reflects the people we want to work with.”

The company’s name reflects the time of the week Boneham believes workers can be at their unhappiest.

“People often have a Sunday night dread about Monday morning at 9am. I have a good feeling at that time and want it to resonate.”
