FINANCIALS: Empresaria reports ‘solid start’ to year

International specialist staffing group Empresaria has reported a “solid start” to the year, according to a statement released ahead of its annual general meeting yesterday.

According to the statement, Empresaria chairman Tony Martin revealed the group has made a solid start to the year, delivering year-on-year growth in net fee income for Q1 2017 across all four of its regions of operation.

Martin added the 2016 investments the group made in Rishworth Aviation and ConSol Partners are performing well, while Empresaria remains on course to meet market expectations for the full year.

The group is to issue a trading update on 21 July ahead of the release of interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2017 on 22 August.
