Staffline buys Oak Recruitment in Ireland

Staffing and employability organisation Staffline has turned to Ireland for its next acquisition.

This morning, the group announced the purchase of industrial recruiter Oak Recruitment, which was established in 2006 and has operations in Cork, Dublin and Limerick.

Current Oak Recruitment managing director Shane Hanrahan will stay on with the business after completion of the deal, taking responsibility for the delivery of the existing Staffline business in the Republic of Ireland, as well as integrating Oak Recruitment into Staffline.

The acquisition is being funded from Staffline’s existing bank facilities.
