Amsource Technology takes on Chapman in Manchester

IT recruitment agency Amsource Technology has opened a new office in Manchester and appointed a senior consultant Luke Chapman.

Senior technical recruitment consultant Chapman, who joins from multi-sector recruiter McGregor Boyall, has been taken on to lead growth in the area, with the firm currently hiring consultants for the office.

Amsource specialises in IT recruitment in the North of England. Manchester will be company’s second office, adding to its Leeds headquarters.

 

Frontline Recruitment appoints two

Nottingham-headquartered Frontline Recruitment has made two appointments.

Henry Henson has joined the multi-sector recruiter as business resourcer, with Elly Clow appointed as business manager.

Henson will be based in Derby, with Clow based at the firm’s Leicester office.

 

National Locums makes two senior appointments

Medical recruiter National Locums has made two senior appointments.

The Milton Keynes-based firm has brought in Andrew Neville-Davies as training manager. Neville-Davies was previously a branch manager at multi-sector recruiter Cordant People.

Natasha Nicklin, meanwhile, has been appointed as client engagement and proposals manager. Nicklin was previously a bid manager at healthcare recruiter ID Medical.

 

Pareto Law promotes Lendon to MD

Global graduate sales recruitment and training specialist Pareto Law has promoted Mark Lendon to the role of managing director.

Lendon joined Pareto Law as a trainee in 1999. He has been global sales director at the firm since January 2014, building Pareto Law’s marketshare in the EMEA and US regions.

 

Kirkpatrick appointed CEO of Potensis Recruitment

Steven Kirkpatrick, the former CEO of UK recruitment group Cordant Recruitment and managing director of recruitment giant Adecco’s UK general staffing business, has been appointed CEO of house building and construction staffing specialist Potensis Recruitment.

The move follows Potensis and associated business SEAL Resource Management’s acquisition by a syndicate of investors, including Kirkpatrick himself. Kirkpatrick left Cordant in the summer of 2015.

The syndicate also includes Souter Investments, while the acquisition was completed using funds managed by Dublin-based investment firm FL Partners.

Potensis added it will now seek to extend its reach more broadly from the London and the South-East residential and social housing markets to the rest of the UK and internationally.

Debt finance for the transaction was provided by CORDET Capital Partners and OakNorth Bank. FL Partners was advised on the deal by Deloitte and White & Case.

 

Robert Walters takes on Dodge as non-exec director

Professional services staffing specialist Robert Walters has appointed Tanith Dodge as non-executive director.

Dodge is currently group HR director at Value Retail, which specialises in the creation and operation of luxury outlet shopping destinations.

 

TEAM appoints Tillbrook



TEAM, a network of independent recruiters, has appointed Richard Tillbrook as its new regional director for the Kent region. 

Tillbrook is currently a regional operations director at multi-sector recruiter HR GO Recruitment.

 

The Barton Partnership promotes Phoenix to MD

Corporate strategy, transformation and mergers & acquisition staffing specialist The Barton Partnership has promoted Oliver Phoenix to managing director.

Phoenix joined The Barton Partnership in 2014 to lead the permanent division. He previously worked for banking and financial recruitment agency Marks Sattin, where he led the professional services and specialist markets team.

 

tml Partners takes on two, promotes Ratcliffe

International executive recruitment firm tml Partners has made two new appointments, as well as a key promotion.

Sophie Evans and Jack Alderman will join the firm as consultants. They will be based at the firm’s new offices in Fleet Street.

Senior consultant Helen Ratcliffe, meanwhile, has been promoted to the role of associate director.
