Butlers with Bums hopes to raise its bottom line with talent drive

The national shortage of ‘butlers with bums’ could soon be at an end.

Last week, Recruiter reported about events company Butlers with Bums, who were on the lookout for attractive males aged between 22 and 40 to meet and mingle with guests, play party games and serve drinks at hen dos to solve a UK-wide shortage of butlers with bums.

Successful applicants are required to wear the signature attire of an apron (revealing their rear assets), collar, cuffs and a bow tie – gym enthusiasts are preferred.

Butlers with Bums director, and former butler himself, Dan Harley told Recruiter that the excellent communication skills and confidence recruiters are renowned for are just the sort of attributes the events company is seeking in ideal candidates.

Updating Recruiter on the company’s progress in tackling this talent shortfall, Harley revealed that last week’s publicity push across national newspapers and magazines had paid off, though has been unable to track whether any recruitment consultants have applied for vacancies.

“We have seen a large increase in activity with regards to recruitment and people applying which is good.

“We have had a lot of candidates and people applying. We have got them booked up and on training jobs in the near future.”
