One in four employers think new expenditure supporting regional economic growth should be the top priority for Chancellor Philip Hammond in today’s Autumn Statement, according to a poll of 200 employers included in the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s (REC) ‘JobsOutlook’ survey.
