Professional services recruitment company Ignata has appointed Ben Searls as managing director of Exsurgo, one of its specialist brands.

Searls will be working closely with the senior management team of Exsurgo and the wider Ignata leadership team, focusing on the growth of the business with operational responsibility.

He spent 12 years with Adecco’s global professional services recruiter Badenoch & Clark, where he was the director for commerce & industry, responsible for executive search, finance, HR, business change & transformation, technology & marketing in London, Reading, Brighton and Bristol.
