Global recruiter First Recruitment Group has launched new company OPERAM Managed Solutions. 

OPERAM aims to help HR and hiring managers effectively manage compliance, reduce risk, and engage with suppliers, while delivering on recruitment targets.

The business has been developed by First Recruitment Group chief executive John Urpi and managed solutions expert Simon Woodhouse.
