Midlands-based recruitment consultancy Macildowie has announced the appointment of Richard Haaker as associate director in its Nottingham office.

Haaker, who previously held a senior manager at Badenoch & Clark, will be responsible for the procurement, supply chain, sales and marketing divisions of the Macildowie business and will oversee recruitment for permanent and temporary positions across the Midlands at all levels.
