Scottish recruiter Primestaff has been acquired in a management buyout.

The deal, put together by Primestaff chief executive Danny McIntyre and finance director Antonio Vezza, sees Vezza and construction director Michael Docherty join operations director Carol Conlin, industrial director Sean McPolin and CEO McIntyre on the company’s board.

The MBO coincides with a move to new offices in Glasgow’s Blythswood Square, which gives the group capacity to increase its 30-strong team.
