Midlands-based recruitment consultancy Macildowie has announced two senior promotions, with James Taylor moving to the role of managing director and Ian Machell to director of sales operations.

Midlands-based recruitment consultancy Macildowie has announced two senior promotions, with James Taylor moving to the role of managing director and Ian Machell to director of sales operations.

Taylor, who has been with Macildowie since 1997, is moving from the role of director of customer development and marketing, while

Machell, who joined Macildowie as operations director in January, has been promoted to director of sales operations, and will head up operations for the entire business.

The announcement follows the launch of Macildowie’s rebrand and new website, to reflect the firm’s ambitions and core values.
