Global IT sales recruiter Finlay James has promoted three team members to executive search consultants. Based in the Manchester head office, all were previously talent consultants within the business. 

Before joining Finlay James, Nadya Aytekin was doing a Masters in translation at Manchester University and is part of the business development team.

Amelia Chapman owned and ran an online boutique and wholesale retail business before coming to Finlay James. She works in the digital team, placing marketing and sales professionals within digital and agency sectors.

Ruth Ng was studying philosophy at Nottingham University and was an intern at Finlay James during the summer of 2014 through the APSCo intern programme. Part of the international team, she specialises in placing IT sales professionals in the US.
